Fine-LY FIT (Level I & II) $7.00 ea

Fine-ly Fit is the perfect option for anyone returning from injury, surgery, rehabilitation or who just wants to increase mobility and functionality.

This carefully monitored group begins with mostly seated exercises and progresses to standing, walking and stepping. Participants will work on flexibility, balance, range of motion, and strength using light weights and resistance bands.

FITNESS ANYWHERE - TRX® $9.00 ea

TRX® Suspension Training® allows you to harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance. That's all we need - the TRX and you. The training goes where YOU want – the studio, the park, or even your house!

DROP-OFF & DROP-IN $9.00 ea

Everyone should make time for themselves and their fitness. This group is designed for busy parents (but everyone is welcome). Drop the kids off at school, drop in to Finishline P&F, and drop pounds with a mix of body pumping, waist slimming cardio and strength training.

Only have an hour for lunch? Well our Lunch Crunch workout group is the best way to spend 30 minutes. These groups are all about intensity. Get the most bang for your 30-minute “buck”. A blend of flexibility, strength, balance, and cardio circuits will keep you coming back for seconds.
