Fitness & Metabolic Assessment

Whether you are training for competition, fitness, weight loss, or fun, a Fitness and Matabolic Assessment will get you headed in the right direction. The first part of this assessment, the Fitness Test, includes basic measurements like height, weight, BMI, strength, and flexibility. This information is compiled and used to identify specific areas of focus and to track a client's results.

The second part of the assessment, the Metabolic Test, utilizes the latest technology to provide a scientific look at the individual's physiology and training status. By utilizing the fitmate® PRO and its versatile functions we are able to test a client's aerobic capacity (VO2 Max), resting energy expenditure (RER), fitness levels, possible risks, training zones, and even provide weight management options!
